Palm Crest Elementary School enjoyed a performance by the school’s concert band, sponsored by the Assistance League of Flintridge. Under the guidance of director John Tegmeyer, the young musicians opened the program with “Greensleeves” and “Candy Cane Clarinet.” Students were thrilled to see and hear their classmates perform. Fifth-grader Tyler Bond stepped forward and conducted a musical selection, receiving a loud round of applause.
