This year’s benefit theme, “Last Parent Standing, A Night of Laughs with Ron Pearson,” is one familiar to all parents whom undoubtedly deserve a night filled with laughter. The Rev. Chuck Osburn also will be joining as an emcee.
The 2016 Parent Ed Benefit will include dinner, complimentary drinks and an online silent and live auction. The auction items will include a beach house in Playa del Rey, a condo in Maui, concert tickets and an evening at the Magic Castle.

The headliner is a well-known comedian whose television appearances have included The Late Late Show, Chelsea Lately, The Dennis Miller Show, Nickmom Night Out and Comedy Central. Pearson has hosted two comedy specials, the first of which earned him three Telly awards and a nomination for Corporate Comedian of the Year.
For 38 years, LCPC’s Parent Education Program has maintained its legacy of quality education and reputable staff. The program offers 17 parent education classes per week for parents of children who are newborns through age 18.
Tickets can be purchased at ParentEdBenefit.afrogs.org or call Fiama Traxler at (818) 790-6708, ext. 205. Additional auction items can be donated to Maggie Mason at peapodmason@sbcglobal.net. All proceeds benefit LCPC Parent Education.
