Paul Woolls, a La Cañada Flintridge resident and proprietor of Progeny Winery on Mt. Veeder in Napa County, is the featured speaker at this year’s Glendale Area Alumnae Panhellenic annual benefit at Oakmont Country Club in Glendale on Saturday, April 8.
This year’s benefit theme, “Of Wine & Wine Tasting,” will include a complementary wine tasting of unique Napa wines. The guest speaker, a generous supporter of La Cañada Flintridge schools, is familiar to those in Los Angeles and Napa wine circles. The wine tasting will be followed by lunch and a silent auction and raffle items.
Since 1948, GAAP has award scholarships to local graduating high school senior girls and to local collegian women belonging to one of the 26 National Panhellenic Conference sororities.
