Dilbeck Real Estate and the Dilbeck and Associates Charitable Foundation teamed with Habitat for Humanity to help build nine new, affordable homes in Pasadena on April 20.
The single-family homes are part of the Desiderio Bungalow Homes complex for low-income buyers, including veterans, at the site of a former U.S. Army reserve center in the Arroyo Seco just south of the Colorado Street Bridge. The homes, as well as an adjoining park, are a collaborative project of the city of Pasadena, U.S. Army, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and San Gabriel Valley Habitat for Humanity.
Through monthly commission and payroll check deductions, Dilbeck Real Estate’s 14 offices and 600 agents support the Dilbeck and Associates Charitable Foundation.
