La Cañada Flintridge residents John and Karen Clark, Jason Berns and Greg Grande were among the attendees at Five Acres’ 30th annual golf classic and dinner on Monday in Pasadena. Since the event’s inception in 1988, it has raised nearly $4 million to support innovative programs in mental health, special needs education, foster care and adoption. The evening raised critical funds to continue Five Acres’ mission to find L.A.’s 20,000 foster children permanent homes by 2020.
