Roberts Leaving Adventist Health Glendale

Kevin Roberts

Adventist Health Glendale recently announced that current President and CEO Kevin Roberts will be leaving the organization, effective Nov. 3, to pursue other opportunities.
In a memo to employees, physicians, volunteers and board members, Beth Zachary, AHGL Governing Board Chair, wrote, “I want to thank Kevin for his leadership and acknowledge the good work he and his team have accomplished to expand access and improve care for the Glendale community.”
As the board chair, president and CEO of the Adventist Health Southern California Region, Zachary will serve as the interim CEO while the search for a permanent leader is underway. To ensure a smooth transition, Zachary has appointed Terri Day, who has been advising AHGL’s executive team for the past several months, to oversee day-to-day operations. Terri is a well-respected and seasoned health care administrator with an exceptional background in hospital operations.
“Adventist Health Glendale is a terrific hospital with an inspired mission, amazing people and a rich legacy of healing,” Roberts said. “I know that this hospital will continue to thrive and succeed and that its best years are still ahead.”
