La Cañada Elementary School 5th-graders enthusiastically walked to Memorial Park, carrying their pumpkins, to participate in the annual Pumpkin Carving. With the help of parent volunteers, students quickly got busy and had fun creating happy and scary pumpkins. Many of the students donated them to the school’s Halloween Haunt held the next day.
