The La Cañada Flintridge Community Center Preschool will host its annual Western Round-Up on Saturday, March 10, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. For 25 years the Western Round-Up has brought together preschool families and the community at large for a one-of-a-kind western-themed carnival that is the preschool’s largest fundraiser of the year. Proceeds from the Round-Up fund enrichment programs at the preschool, school enhancements and teacher development.
The Round-Up boasts carnival rides, pony rides, game booths, a petting zoo, face painting, balloon animals, line dancing and treats of all kinds for kids and parents alike. It also features a silent auction featuring a beach house getaway, Disneyland and Legoland passes, Dodger memorabilia, L.A. Philharmonic tickets and more.
Carey Haynes of the Haynes Group Pacific Union International real estate offices is donating a $400 Apple gift card, which will be raffled off on that day. Raffle tickets can be purchased at the LCFCC Preschool office or at the Round-Up for $1 per ticket.
Food includes items from the Los Gringos Taco Cart and sweets at the General Store 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
