Detectives with the Pasadena Police Department are investigating a report of two motorcyclists attacking a man in Hahamongna Park late Sunday afternoon.
The victim, a Los Angeles man, told police he was driving into the park entrance when he found the two motorcyclists blocking the entrance at 4:41 p.m. Sunday. When the victim got out of his car to confront the suspects about it, the two men apparently attacked him and rode off.
One suspect was described as a bald white man between 20 and 30 years old with a full beard who was 5 feet 8 inches tall, 215 pounds and wearing a skull cap, black shirt, black pants and steel-toed boots. The second was described as a white man in his 20s with a shaved head who was 5-10, around 200 pounds and wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans.
The victim said he was knocked to the ground and kicked in the head with the steel-toed boots during the confrontation.
“I don’t know if they were just friends riding motorcycles who decided to block the road and assault someone or if they were part of some sort of gang or anything,” Lt. Mark Goodman with PPD said Wednesday. “I couldn’t say.”
Goodman added the victim was treated for injuries at a local hospital.
Those with any information are urged to call PPD at (626) 744-4241.
