The Assistance League of Flintridge’s summer elementary school cooking class had its fledgling chefs preparing baked macaroni and cheese, omelets, pancakes, pizza and salads. Students learned kitchen safety and the way to use various culinary tools, became familiar with recipes and, of course, with making their dish, sampling it and cleaning up.
