La Cañada Unified School District residents may submit a senior citizen or contiguous parcel exemption form for the 2022 tax year between March 1 and June 30.
Parcel Tax exemption forms are available from the LCUSD’s Fiscal Services Office located at 4490 Cornishon Ave. or may be downloaded at lcusd.net.
Qualified individuals with a disability and low-income individuals with a disability (SSI and certain SSDI recipients) are also eligible for an exemption.

Residents who previously submitted any exemption form do not need to reapply for the exemption. Those forms, unless circumstances have changed, are good for all years the parcel tax is in effect.
