Local Resident to Play College Baseball

La Cañada Flintridge resident Nick Cook (seated), a senior at Pasadena’s Maranatha High School, recently committed to continue his career at San Francisco State University. The 5-foot-10 outfielder has accumulated 12 hits, including four extra base hits, nine runs scored and four RBIs in 13 games this season for the Minutemen, who are regarded as one of the top teams in Southern California. He is pictured with his parents, Greg and Dede, and his sister Taylor.
