The Saddle Seat and Western School League of Greater Los Angeles hosted its annual banquet and awards ceremony at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center this past Sunday.
LCHS eighth-grader Gretchen Louie and her horse, Wicked, were pinned as the champion in the Western Novice Division. Her league points helped La Cañada High School 7/8 equestrian team win with the highest total overall points for grades 5-8.
