Once again, local or county government agencies are fixing something that ain’t broke.
I’m speaking of Foothill Boulevard between the 2 freeway and the Ross Store shopping complex. Just what we need: 6- to 8-foot-wide sidewalks and no street parking for the YMCA.
I’m not sure what the end result is going to look like, and maybe it’ll be good when it is finished, but why are plantable islands being installed when we have no water for landscaping?
