The 4th-graders in Jennifer Simpson’s class at Palm Crest Elementary School were recently asked to use math to describe themselves and make a poster. Using numbers to answer questions including what time they get up, how many people are in their family, number of letters in their name and favorite number, students were able to make their numerical self-portraits.
