La Cañada Elementary recently held its annual Halloween Haunt fundraiser.
The event co-chairs Stephanie Arnold LCE PTA President and Leigh Smith planned the spooky festivities, including booths for games, treats, face painting and confeatti eggs.
To set the mood of the event, LCE parents Erin Slaver and Chris Carmack provided live music for attendees.
There was also a silent auction and a costume contest, which state Sen. Anthony Portantino joined to announce each participant from preschool through 6th grade. He even told Halloween jokes to keep everyone entertained.
