Paradise Canyon Elementary School 5th-graders were recently up to the challenge to create a disguise for their turkey.
Turkeys were hidden in a space craft, a soccer ball, an ice cream cone, a basket of flowers, a Starbucks beverage, a hamburger and many other things.
Students took it a step further and wrote a story about how their turkey escaped from being served in the main course of Thanksgiving dinner.
