The red carpet was recently rolled out for the premiere of “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” a fundraiser sponsored by the La Cañada Flintridge Chamber of Commerce and held at the La Cañada Regal UA Theater.
As guests arrived, they were treated to a taste of Hollywood. They walked the red carpet and had their pictures taken in front of a step-and-repeat banner that listed the evening’s sponsors.
Attendees then made their way into a large tent for Mediterranean delicacies catered by Los Gringos Locos with entertainment featuring pianist Dave Silversparre.
Afterward, guests found seats in one of two reserved theaters and sat back in comfort to watch “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” starring La Cañada Flintridge resident Angela Bassett.
Money raised from this event will support these Chamber programs: Festival in Lights, Summer Intern Scholarship Program, Miss LCF Scholarship and the O. Warren Hillgren Scholarship.
