The La Cañada Flintridge Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the city, recently held its 28th annual Festival in Lights at Memorial Park, where children enjoyed playing in the snow and petting reindeer.
To kick off the festive event, Mayor Keith Eich gave opening remarks to the crowd. Some other notable attendee included Mayor Pro Tem Rick Gunter, Councilwoman Terry Walker, Councilman Matt Davitt, representatives from the offices of state Sen. Anthony Portantino and Congressman Adam Schiff, as well as Santa Claus — a special guest that lit up the faces of the children that lined up to see him up close.
The 2023 Miss La Cañada Flintridge finalists were introduced, and the 2023 Rose Court members were announced that evening.
