A home in the 5000 block of Pizzo Ranch Road was burglarized on Dec. 17, at about 7:30 p.m. during an open house. Security footage allegedly showed the suspect, a man, entering the home and speaking with the realtor before proceeding to take jewelry, AirPods, diamonds and cash currency.

Crescenta Valley Sheriff’s deputies responded to a petty theft call at a residence in the 1300 block of Journeys End Drive on Dec. 17 at 11:25 a.m. The victim reporter that a package was allegedly taken off of her front porch by a man. She was alerted to the crime by her ring camera and provided the footage to deputies for use in their investigation.

A petty theft was reported in the 500 block of West Slope Lane on Dec. 19 at about 5:30 a.m. The victim reported that, upon receiving his package delivery from his front porch, he noticed that it had been tampered with and the cellphone inside was taken.
