The YMCA of the Foothills opened their doors to the community at the 2023 Open House and 65th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, Jan. 7.
Visitors were invited to explore the Y’s three full-body fitness facilities, check out the brand-new equipment and see all the Y has to offer.
In addition to several invigorating group exercise classes, the community was invited to participate in gymnastics lessons, Pilates Reformer demonstrations, and even take a swim in one of the Y’s several indoor pools. Professionally trained and certified instructors were available to provide insight, suggestions and ensure the safety of all who participated in the wide variety of activities offered.
For the remainder of January, anyone can join the Y and pay only a $20.23 joining fee.
