Paradise Canyon Elementary School 6th-grader’s last assignment in their unit on ancient Egypt was to select and reproduce a person or cultural artifact from that region and time period.
Pharaohs, maps, dioramas of the Nile River Valley, Cleopatra, cartouches, pyramids, and of course, Tutankhamun’s mask were some of the items selected. Additionally, students gave an oral presentation about their selection.
