Community Scholarship Foundation Holds Bingo Night

The Community Scholarship Foundation recently held Bingo Night at the Community Center of LCF.
The American Legion Post 288 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1614 provided the bingo game.
Some of the notable callers included U.S. Congresswoman Judy Chu, LCF Mayor Keith Eich, Glendale City Mayor Ardy Kassakhian. LCHS Principal Jim Cartnal, trivia queen Muffy Marracco, LAist Morning Edition host Susanne Whatley, Vice Mayor of Pasadena Felicia Williams, LCF School Board member Caroline Anderson and Marco Lundgren, a representative for state Sen. Anthony Portantino.
Since 1964, the Community Scholarship Foundation has been inspiring and encouraging higher education by awarding needs-based scholarships to local graduating high school students in the Foothill community.
The Community Scholarship Foundation scholarship applications are now open. Participants can apply at csflacanada.org/students.
