Paradise Elementary Goes Country at Spirit Rally

Paradise Canyon Elementary School held its country-themed spirit rally. Everyone was two-stepping to the country tunes. Sheriff John Clark, assisted by his deputies, had bad news for some of the teachers, who had to go behind bars for failing to follow the rules. The PCY Choral performed “School Is Back in Session” and “Full Moon Is Rising.” Kiania Nakata, Lila Mercer and Cozette Rinde were welcomed into the 250-Point Reading Club. This month’s Unsung Heroes aides Anna Galante and Desiree Djourgot and parents Erika Piper and Connie Kim were honored.
