Members of the La Cañada High School community happily congregated recently, for a tailgate event featuring food and activities before the Spartans’ football game. Families, administrators and teachers were entertained by the school’s band, joined by the LCHS 7/8 band and a color guard. Cheerleaders added spirit to the gathering that preceded the Spartans’ game against Fillmore High School. LCHS hosts New Design Watts Charter School this Friday, Sept. 14.
