The La Cañada Flintridge Educational Foundation’s 27th annual spring gala was attended by 760 people at the Ritz-Carlton in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday evening. The record-setting figure eclipsed the number set two years ago when the fundraiser was held at the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena, according to LCFEF Executive Director Marilyn Yang. Guests enjoyed dinner, dancing and an auction. Brad and Vicki Schwartz received LCFEF’s prestigious Spirit of Outstanding Service Award. Caroline Anderson and Holly Biondo served as the event’s co-chairs. Members of the committee included Laura Abramian, Joanna Banks, Julie Bae, Claudia Dietrich-Joe, Josh Epstein, Sunyoung Fahimi, Adrineh Ghazarian, Betsy Asher Hall, Jaime Hefner, Rick Husong, Erik Landswick, Sarah Lowe, Gina Ricci, Tim Sheffield, Chris Silber, Vanessa Terzian and Karen Thurston. Kevin Martin serves as LCFEF’s president.
