Lutheran Church in the Foothills will host a 5K walk around the Rose Bowl on Monday, July 10.
Participants should meet at Brookside Golf Club, 1133 Rosemont Ave., at 6 p.m. The event is open to walkers, joggers, rollerbladers and bikers. Attendees are advised to bring water and dress for the weather. Prizes may be awarded, and pets are welcome.
The church is also organizing Lutheran Night at Dodger Stadium on Friday, Sept. 6, at 7:10 p.m. The Los Angeles Dodgers will play the Cleveland Guardians, followed by a drone show with fireworks. Tickets cost $35.
