Young artists in the Assistance League of Flintridge’s “Doodles to Drawing” class taught by Robin Torres recently had a session called “Let’s Face It.”
The session involved students learned to recognize various facial expressions, such as sad, happy and surprised. The class practiced making those expressions themselves. Then, they carefully drew them learning techniques to enhance expressions.
