La Cañada Elementary School recently got into the fall spirit with its annual Pumpkin Patch, offering a sea of orange with more than 500 pumpkins for sale.
Among the gourds were specialty pumpkins of all shapes and sizes. The money used to purchase the pumpkins from Underwood Farms were generously donated by Gillan Abercrombie.
Parent volunteers operated the sales, as well as the treat table, face painting, costume and game booths at the after-school event, which was chaired by parents Anne DePies and Ian Holloway.
