The 2nd-graders in Julie Perdisatt’s class at Paradise Canyon Elementary School recently combined reading and art by using pumpkins to make their favorite characters in a book they just read.
The characters included Babe Ruth, Leonardo De Vinci, Fancy Nancy, Roxy the pigeon and many others.
