Palm Crest Elementary School 1st-graders have been studying about their community and had a special visit from Los Angeles City Fire Dept. Capt. Jim Duffy.
Duffy talked to the students about fire safety and what to do when a fire occurs. After the children asked their questions, they were invited to try on firefighter gear, which they enjoyed doing.
