NCL Brings Sellebration to the Community

The Glendale Chapter of National Charity League Inc. will hold its annual community rummage sale, Sellebration this Saturday, Sept. 23, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Pacific Community Center in Glendale.
A longstanding event for the chapter, Sellebration serves the community with well-priced offerings of apparel, toys and home goods and this year is chaired by local residents Sarah Drobis, Sheila Dunbar, Vera Ma and Melissa Yee.
More than 200 mothers and daughters will spend 1,175 hours planning, preparing, setting up and working at Sellebration.
“Sellebration is a time for our chapter to come together as a community to support our philanthropies,” Presidents Krysty Leckrone and Michelle Demonteverde said in a joint statement. “Last year, through the generous donations from our Patronesses and the local community of shoppers, we were able to give close to $15,000 to our philanthropies for much needed supplies and programs.”
The Pacific Community Center is located at 501 S. Pacific Ave.
