The La Cañada Chinese Culture Club, which is an educational and cultural charity organization, recently held a Lunar New Year celebration during lunch for students.
At the lunchtime event, students had the opportunity to play games, make origami hearts and eat food. The club’s dragon dance team also gave a performance, adding to the festivities.
The club is dedicated to promoting traditional Chinese culture, Chinese learning, and advocating and realizing a multicultural society, according to its President Lola Dietrich.
