Lutheran Church Prepares to Celebrate Holy Week

Lutheran Church in the Foothills is inviting everyone to attend its Holy Week services beginning with Palm Sunday worship on March 24 at 9:45 a.m.
The service begins in the LCIF courtyard where palm fronds are handed out for the traditional procession into the church.
Maundy Thursday worship will be held March 28 at 7 p.m. Maundy Thursday commemorates Jesus’ final celebration of Passover, or the Last Supper, with his disciples.
LCIF will offer Good Friday worship at 7 p.m. on March 29 to commemorate the crucifixion and death of Jesus. Holy Week ends with the celebration of Easter on Sunday, March 31 at 10 a.m.
LCIF’s Easter worship with Pastor Rick Hall will be preceded by an egg hunt and brunch, beginning at 9 a.m. All are welcome.
LCIF continues to live stream all services on its YouTube channel for those unable to attend in person. Visit lcifoothills.org for event details.
