La Cañada Elementary School parent volunteers recently hosted a World Fair.
At the event, students were able to visit China, Germany, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand and Ukraine. Traveling from one country to the other, students learned about the different cultures, as well as well-known people from those countries, landmarks, food and dress.
As part of the festivities, the LCE travelers entered a Waitomo Glowworm Cave in New Zealand and danced in India.
