Paradise Canyon Elementary School art teacher Rebekah Tucker had the students collaboratively work on sculptures inspired by glass artist Dale Chihuly.
Some students used Shrinky Dinks, a type of plastic film, to make various geometrical shapes in different colors. After, heat guns shrank the various shapes.
Teacher Aimee Lee’s class also participated in the activity, with students crafting their own one-of-a-kind masterpieces.

First published in the May 2 print issue of the Outlook Valley Sun.
