La Cañada Council PTA recently welcomed new PTA Executive Boards for each of the five La Cañada Unified School District campuses at the group’s last meeting of the school year.
Superintendent Wendy Sinnette spoke, as well as governing board member Josh Epstein.
Special presentations were also given by students. All the elementaries were represented. The La Cañada High School 7/8 Builders Club, a community service club, in conjunction with the Kiwanis Club of La Cañada gave presentations. The LCHS Beautification Club also took the opportunity to speak about the changes they have been able to make on the campus, including planting California native plants that require less water.
