Palm Crest Elementary School kindergartners in the classrooms of Ravi Brar, Elizabeth Ranjbar and Kathleen Salami are learning about La Cañada Flintridge and the jobs in the community. Taking a field trip, they were up and down Foothill Boulevard, visiting the fire station, McDonalds, Ralphs and the post office, where they mailed themselves a letter. Parent volunteers assisted.
