Tour of California Racing Through LCF May 20

The 2017 edition of cycling’s Tour of California will end in front of the Pasadena Convention Center on May 20, according to organizers.
The race’s final 77-mile stage is billed by organizers as a “quick tour of the Angeles National Forest.” It will begin at the Mountain High ski resort and descend into La Cañada Flintridge. The finish will feature a long straightaway.
The 2014 race also concluded in front of the Pasadena Convention Center.
This will be the fifth time in the race’s 12-year history that it will come to Pasadena.
The seven-stage race will also include a second stage in Los Angeles County. The race’s fifth stage on May 17 will take cyclists 100.3 miles from Santa Barbara to Santa Clarita.
The seven-stage 575.9-mile race will begin May 14 with a 104-mile stage in Sacramento.
