A photography gallery exhibit created by pediatric cancer patients, called the Pablove Shutterbugs Gallery event, will be held on Jan. 24 at 7 p.m. at the Flintridge Prep Miller Theater. Photographs by pediatric cancer patients will be available for sale, with proceeds directly benefiting childhood cancer research.
The event is to raise awareness on how creativity can affect the way one may deal or cope with a difficult life-changing event. The founders and staff of Pablove Foundation (pablove.org), young photographers, and other members of the pediatric oncology community will be present for an evening of art and conversation.
This event is open to the public and guests of all ages are encouraged to attend.
The exhibit is free of charge, although donations to the Pablove Foundation to help fight childhood cancer with love are greatly appreciated. It is hoped that the photographs taken by the young artists also will be purchased. The event is organized by Flintridge Prep student Sareen Armenian as part of a Flintridge Prep Community Impact Project.
The Flintridge Prep Miller Theater is located at 4543 Crown Ave. in La Cañada Flintridge.
