Local residents KABC-TV meteorologist Dallas Raines and Bret Gaon were some of the nearly 11,000 people who participated in the annual Autism Speaks Los Angeles Walk at the Rose Bowl.
The event raises funds to help improve the lives of people with autism. The walk was powered by the love of parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, relatives and supporters, and so far, has raised more than $700,000 for free innovative resources, grants and trained staff to help ensure people of all abilities have access to the tools needed to lead their best lives.
Fundraising will continue until June 30. To donate, visit act.autismspeaks.org/losangeles.
