Flintridge Prep Holds Basketball Shootout Camp

Flintridge Prep recently kicked off its annual Flintridge Basketball Shootout Camp, which included a range of sessions that began July 5 and will run through this week.
The coed camp emphasizes skill development, game action, fundamental concepts and competitive scenarios in a supportive, growth-centered environment intended to help each camper become a complete player.
Robert Cartwright, the camp coach, is a Flintridge Prep alum who went on to play basketball at Stanford. As a graduate student, he helped UC Irvine upset Kansas State in the first round of the 2019 NCAA Basketball Tournament. Cartwright is Flintridge Preparatory School’s new boys’ varsity basketball coach.
Participants included Alexander Bae, George Baghdassarian, Mackenzie Bates, Matthew Battaglia, Max Carpiac, Martin Choi, Dylan Garnett, Noah Kim, Ian Lee, Chase Liston, Haig Nahapetian, Joseph Pham, Jack Rome, Max Singer, Niam Taylor, Zachary Tsai, as well as Coach Cartwright and his assistant coaches.
