Pelican Cove Counseling Center recently held its third annual Art + Wine + Music fundraiser, where about 75 guests, including state Sen. Anthony Portantino, gathered at the home of Heather and Jason Scherbert to raise money for the nonprofit center.
The afternoon was spent outdoors with food, art, a silent auction and music. Proceeds from the annual event go toward funding Pelican Cove Counseling Center’s mission of making long-term mental health therapy financially accessible to all.
