A 22-year-old La Cañada Flintridge resident was killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash on 2 freeway in Glendale early on Tuesday morning.
The crash occurred about 2:55 a.m. on the northbound freeway at East Mountain Street, the California Highway Patrol reported. The vehicle rolled over and landed back on its wheels, the CHP said.
The young man died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.
Traffic was rerouted away from the area while an investigation was conducted into the circumstances of the crash.
