The La Cañada Chinese American Parents Association hosted its ninth annual Teacher Appreciation Luncheon to celebrate the Lunar New Year at Palm Crest Elementary School with a meal catered by New Moon restaurant.
Lola Dietrich leads the association, which was founded to promote diversity, education, cultural exchange and community development. Qirui Huang, the representative at PCR, chaired the event.
