La Cañada Elementary School recently invited community members to be a guest readers in classrooms in honor of Read Across America, the nation’s largest celebration of reading.
Student Council members escorted the guest readers to class and introduced them. When they arrived, the community members told the students a little bit about themselves and read them their favorite books.
