La Cañada Presbyterian Church will host two “Faith Missions Sundays” on the last two Sundays in April.
On April 21, LCPC’s Global Outreach partners and representatives will be present at the two worship services, at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. They will also be available after both services to share stories and discuss their mission work.
LCPC supports 12 global mission organizations who have demonstrated the ability to provide higher education, medical and emergency services to those affected by war and natural disasters, care and supplies for vulnerable children and families in Latin America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, as well as help build new churches.
On April 28, LCPC’s Local Outreach partners will be on campus to share about the services they provide for those in need, from Pasadena to downtown Los Angeles to Hollywood. These 14 local organizations work passionately and effectively to combat the homelessness crisis and its causes as well as to support students and families through tutoring, mentoring and food distribution.
La Cañada Presbyterian Church hosts Faith Missions Sundays to raise awareness of the incredible work of their Outreach Partners as well as much needed funding. All donations made to LCPC’s Faith Missions Giving goes directly to the outreach partners. The community is invited to participate in these Faith Missions Sundays by attending the services and/or by visiting with the partners after each service.
