Outlook Valley Sun
The fascinating world of bugs and insects recently kept the attention of the young summer school students in the Assistance League of Flintridge’s bugs and botany class.
Throughout the course, they studied bees, grasshoppers, ants, worms and butterflies, as well as plants and flowers.
Students also learned about each organism’s habitat and what they do for the ecological system.
To conclude the activity-filled day, the class used their knowledge to answer questions and make crafts related to the lesson.
