Vacation Bible School is coming to Lutheran Church in the Foothills in June, but campers can get a sneak peek Sunday, April 14.
All are invited to join LCIF for 10 a.m. worship and then stay for “VBS Sign Up Day” to learn more about this year’s theme, “The Jesus Way.”
Families can reserve their spot for the fun-filled week, while enjoying snacks and playing games. VBS is open to children in kindergarten through fifth grade. There will be lots of singing, skits, craft and games, all centered on learning about Jesus and exploring faith.
Children will explore themes including forgiveness, loving one’s neighbor, serving and praying.
LCIF also invites anyone seeking fellowship and prayer to meet for breakfast each Thursday at 10 a.m. at the La Cañada Flintridge McDonald’s. Pastor Rick Hall hosts the weekly meetups.
