The sixth graders in La Cañada Elementary School recently studied size and scale.
Their final project was to select an item and enlarge the scale, while keeping the integrity of the object.
Some of their scale models included magazines, dice, candy boxes and even a large origami crane that took 150 sheets of paper to make.
